Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C17orf80 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,925 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C17orf80-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNK, CRISPLD2, and MSI2. Each is linked with C17orf80 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C17orf80-to-partner and partner-to-C17orf80 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C17orf80 versus UNK in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C17orf80→partner) and Y-score (partner→C17orf80) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
