Across TCGA cell cohorts, C17orf100 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,877 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C17orf100-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and RNA polymerase II preinitiation complex assembly. Each is linked with C17orf100 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C17orf100-to-partner and partner-to-C17orf100 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by C17orf100-low versus C17orf100-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
