Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, C16orf89 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,438 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C16orf89-associated genes across cancer lineages are URI1, PHLPP1, and MYOM3. Each is linked with C16orf89 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C16orf89-to-partner and partner-to-C16orf89 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, URI1 grouped by C16orf89-low versus C16orf89-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C16orf89→partner) and Y-score (partner→C16orf89) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
