Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C16orf87 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,521 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C16orf87-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASPN, FGF1, and PCDHB10. Each is linked with C16orf87 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C16orf87-to-partner and partner-to-C16orf87 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, C16orf87 versus ASPN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C16orf87→partner) and Y-score (partner→C16orf87) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
