Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C16orf87 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C16orf87-associated genes across cancer lineages are HER3, PDCD4, and Bap1-c-4. Each is linked with C16orf87 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C16orf87-to-partner and partner-to-C16orf87 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HER3 grouped by C16orf87-low versus C16orf87-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C16orf87→partner) and Y-score (partner→C16orf87) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
