Across TCGA cell cohorts, C16orf87 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,336 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C16orf87-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromosomal 5-methylcytosine DNA demethylation pathway, Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA poly(A) tail shortening, and DNA damage tolerance. Each is linked with C16orf87 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C16orf87-to-partner and partner-to-C16orf87 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chromosomal 5-methylcytosine DNA demethylation pathway grouped by C16orf87-low versus C16orf87-high in STOMACH.
