Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, C16orf78 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C16orf78-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM28, PIK3C2B, and TEX10. Each is linked with C16orf78 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C16orf78-to-partner and partner-to-C16orf78 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM28 grouped by C16orf78-low versus C16orf78-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C16orf78→partner) and Y-score (partner→C16orf78) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
