Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, C14orf177 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C14orf177-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCLT1, MIDEAS, and ALG8. Each is linked with C14orf177 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C14orf177-to-partner and partner-to-C14orf177 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCLT1 grouped by C14orf177-low versus C14orf177-high in SKIN.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C14orf177→partner) and Y-score (partner→C14orf177) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
