Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C12orf75 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated C12orf75 data layer compared with 6 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher C12orf75 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C12orf75 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

UVM, LIHC, and BLCA are the cancer types where C12orf75 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
