Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C12orf75 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C12orf75 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher C12orf75 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C12orf75 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PDAC show a favorable association.

HNSC, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where C12orf75 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
