Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, C12orf42 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,581 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C12orf42-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP369, SEC13, and ZC3H18. Each is linked with C12orf42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C12orf42-to-partner and partner-to-C12orf42 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP369 grouped by C12orf42-low versus C12orf42-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (C12orf42→partner) and Y-score (partner→C12orf42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
