Across TCGA patient cohorts, C11orf24 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,532 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible C11orf24-associated genes across cancer lineages are MOGS, DPAGT1, and YIF1A. Each is linked with C11orf24 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C11orf24-to-partner and partner-to-C11orf24 results are reported.
