The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher C10orf143 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C10orf143 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRP and LUAD show a favorable association.
KIRP, UVM, and LUAD are the cancer types where C10orf143 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
