Across TCGA patient cohorts, C10orf126 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,514 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible C10orf126-associated genes across cancer lineages are BAMBI, LINC01780, and ID2-AS1. Each is linked with C10orf126 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both C10orf126-to-partner and partner-to-C10orf126 results are reported.
