Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, C10orf120 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated C10orf120 data layer compared with 12 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher C10orf120 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated C10orf120 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, SARC, and PRAD are the cancer types where C10orf120 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
