BZW2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BZW2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,855 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BZW2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR36, POLR1A, and WDR43. Each is linked with BZW2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BZW2-to-partner and partner-to-BZW2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BZW2 versus WDR36 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BZW2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BZW2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
