BZW2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BZW2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,191 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BZW2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GGCT, GARS1, and FLI1. Each is linked with BZW2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BZW2-to-partner and partner-to-BZW2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BZW2 versus GGCT in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BZW2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BZW2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
