The most reproducible BZW1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule organizing center localization, Protein localization to microtubule organizing center, and DNA biosynthetic process. Each is linked with BZW1-AS1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BZW1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-BZW1-AS1 results are reported.
