BYSL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BYSL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,017 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BYSL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRPK1, UTP4, and XPO5. Each is linked with BYSL in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BYSL-to-partner and partner-to-BYSL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BYSL versus SRPK1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BYSL→partner) and Y-score (partner→BYSL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
