BUD23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BUD23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 363 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BUD23-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP73, RPL12P3, and RNA5SP31. Each is linked with BUD23 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BUD23-to-partner and partner-to-BUD23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP73 grouped by BUD23-low versus BUD23-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BUD23→partner) and Y-score (partner→BUD23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
