BUD13

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BUD13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,431 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BUD13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTA1_S576, NASP, and DCUN1D5. Each is linked with BUD13 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BUD13-to-partner and partner-to-BUD13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BUD13 versus MTA1_S576 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BUD13→partner) and Y-score (partner→BUD13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
