BUB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BUB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,103 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BUB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTI1A, KIF20B, and MCMBP. Each is linked with BUB3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BUB3-to-partner and partner-to-BUB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BUB3 versus VTI1A in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BUB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BUB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
