The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher BTN2A3P Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTN2A3P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC and TGCT are the cancer types where BTN2A3P Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
