The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher BTN2A2 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTN2A2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LIHC, and LUSC are the cancer types where BTN2A2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
