BTN2A2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTN2A2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,777 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTN2A2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TAP1, GBP4, and PSMB5. Each is linked with BTN2A2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN2A2-to-partner and partner-to-BTN2A2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTN2A2 versus TAP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTN2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTN2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
