Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTN2A2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,796 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTN2A2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KTN1-AS1, PIMREGP2, and KRT8P46. Each is linked with BTN2A2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN2A2-to-partner and partner-to-BTN2A2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KTN1-AS1 grouped by BTN2A2-low versus BTN2A2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTN2A2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTN2A2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
