BTN2A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTN2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,602 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTN2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP34, ASH1L, and GON4L. Each is linked with BTN2A1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN2A1-to-partner and partner-to-BTN2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTN2A1 versus USP34 in DLBC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTN2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTN2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
