Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTN2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,163 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTN2A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Autophagosome organization, Steroid hormone mediated signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic. Each is linked with BTN2A1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN2A1-to-partner and partner-to-BTN2A1 results are reported.
