Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTN2A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,327 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTN2A1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ABHD16A, C2CD2L, and FAAH. Each is linked with BTN2A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN2A1-to-partner and partner-to-BTN2A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTN2A1 versus ABHD16A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTN2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTN2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
