Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTN2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,013 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTN2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF23, TRDJ4, and PRC1. Each is linked with BTN2A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN2A1-to-partner and partner-to-BTN2A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF23 grouped by BTN2A1-low versus BTN2A1-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTN2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTN2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
