The most reproducible BTN2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, INPP4B, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with BTN2A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN2A1-to-partner and partner-to-BTN2A1 results are reported.
