Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTN2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,899 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTN2A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell division, Mitotic centrosome separation, and Golgi transport vesicle coating. Each is linked with BTN2A1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTN2A1-to-partner and partner-to-BTN2A1 results are reported.
