Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,334 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL311P, FCF1P10, and NCKIPSD. Each is linked with BTK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTK-to-partner and partner-to-BTK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL311P grouped by BTK-low versus BTK-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
