Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTK mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,738 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTK-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF7, WDR91, and CACHD1. Each is linked with BTK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTK-to-partner and partner-to-BTK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KIF7 grouped by BTK-low versus BTK-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
