Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTG3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,659 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTG3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CXADR, RCOR1_S127, and SLC2A1. Each is linked with BTG3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTG3-to-partner and partner-to-BTG3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTG3 versus CXADR in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
