Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BTF3P8 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BTF3P8 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher BTF3P8 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTF3P8 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and KIRC show a favorable association.

OV, STAD, and CESC are the cancer types where BTF3P8 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
