Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BTF3P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BTF3P6 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher BTF3P6 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTF3P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CHOL show a favorable association.

COAD, KIRC, and MESO are the cancer types where BTF3P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
