Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTF3P15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,778 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTF3P15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle coating, Regulation of lysosomal lumen pH, and Nucleoside metabolic process. Each is linked with BTF3P15 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTF3P15-to-partner and partner-to-BTF3P15 results are reported.
