Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BTF3P15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BTF3P15 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher BTF3P15 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTF3P15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.

STAD, LIHC, and UCS are the cancer types where BTF3P15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
