Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BTF3P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BTF3P10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher BTF3P10 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTF3P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and BRCA show a favorable association.

KIRC, MESO, and KICH are the cancer types where BTF3P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
