mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 601 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTC-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AZ1, STIP1, and DAZAP1. Each is linked with BTC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTC-to-partner and partner-to-BTC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, H2AZ1 grouped by BTC-low versus BTC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTC→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
