Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTBD7P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,923 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTBD7P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Circadian regulation of gene expression, Post-Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and Autophagosome organization. Each is linked with BTBD7P1 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD7P1-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD7P1 results are reported.
