Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BTBD7P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BTBD7P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher BTBD7P1 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BTBD7P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and ACC show a favorable association.
LUAD, LGG, and ACC are the cancer types where BTBD7P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
