The most reproducible BTBD6-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, EGFR_pY1068, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with BTBD6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD6-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD6 results are reported.
