BTBD18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTBD18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 445 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTBD18-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL7AP69, OR1L4, and SFPQP1. Each is linked with BTBD18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD18-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL7AP69 grouped by BTBD18-low versus BTBD18-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD18→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
