Across TCGA cell cohorts, BTBD17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,884 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTBD17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of fertilization, Neural plate anterior/posterior regionalization, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with BTBD17 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD17-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD17 results are reported.
