Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTBD16 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTBD16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED11, SCAMP3, and FGF19. Each is linked with BTBD16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD16-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD16 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTBD16 versus MED11 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD16→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
