BTBD11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTBD11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,070 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BTBD11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ANXA1, NAMPT, and G6PD. Each is linked with BTBD11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD11-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTBD11 versus ANXA1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
