Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTBD11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTBD11-associated genes across cancer lineages are Chk1, eIF4E, and Rab25. Each is linked with BTBD11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTBD11-to-partner and partner-to-BTBD11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Chk1 grouped by BTBD11-low versus BTBD11-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTBD11→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTBD11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
