Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BTAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,948 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BTAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF11, HELLS, and CEP55. Each is linked with BTAF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BTAF1-to-partner and partner-to-BTAF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BTAF1 versus KIF11 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BTAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BTAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
